LAVINA ACHIENG

Lavina comes from a modest family of four children. She was born and raised in a small town in Kenya called Kitale.

After finishing high school in 2011, Lavina could not immediately continue her studies at college for financial reasons. With an education from a Catholic family, she decides to join "Pure for Love" a group of young Christians who aim to help high school, college and university students by encouraging them to improve their lives physically, mentally and spiritual.

Fully involved in this group, Lavina realises that her vocation is to help people in need. She finally moved to Eldoret in 2014 to continue her studies in Business management. It is there that she meets Julien, her future husband. A year and a half after their meeting, they will create Simba for Kids together.
